Petko Chepishev brings a unique blend of architectural expertise and business acumen to Luche Investors. His academic journey began with a bachelor's degree in 'Architecture' from VSU 'Lyuben Karavelov', followed by a master's degree from New Bulgarian University. This educational foundation gives him a deep understanding of design and construction principles. Early in his career, Petko honed his skills at established architectural firms like 'Urbanica Design,' where he contributed to large-scale residential and commercial projects. This hands-on experience in civil construction gave him an insider's perspective on the entire property lifecycle, from concept to completion. Through his own consultancy, he has collaborated with leading international companies such as Nagarro, General Electric, Mercedes-Benz USA, Porsche AG, Siemens, and TTX, providing expert analysis and consultation on complex projects. At Luche Investors, Petko applies his experience to conduct rigorous product analysis. He views each property not just as a structure, but as a complex investment product. His role involves a detailed evaluation of the balance between cost, risk, and return on investment (ROI), ensuring that every project is financially sound and sustainable.
