Yordan Lumbev began his professional career in 2011 as an accountant at the international real estate company Arco Vara AS, where he worked for 12 years. He rose to the position of Finance Director, and in his final two years (2021-2023), he served as Head of Finance and Asset Manager. As a representative of Arco Vara, he executed the group's largest transaction in Bulgaria—the sale of the BLVD Shopping Center & Offices. His career path continued as a business and financial consultant at Bulgaria Sotheby's International Realty, combining his responsibilities with managing investment projects and real estate assets, as well as entrepreneurial initiatives. In early 2024, he entered the freshwater aquaculture sector, forming partnerships with leaders in trout farming and processing in the Balkans and establishing Aqua Fin Hub to develop financial processes in the field. Simultaneously, he actively develops the company in the real estate sector, attracting major industry names as partners and clients. In addition to his role as a managing partner, Yordan is actively involved in the company's operational activities, with expertise in financial modeling, business combinations, and forecasting. He graduated from an English language high school in Burgas and holds a bachelor's degree in International Finance and Trade from the University of Portsmouth. In 2019, he earned an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University. He is fluent in English and Russian.
